Students enrolling in the K5 program must turn five on or before September 30. Upon receipt of these documents and fees, arrangements will be made for an interview with the school principal. IV.      Payment Plans (3 options)
Annual Plan – The total annual payment is equal to the family’s entire tuition, minus a $200 enrollment fee per child. The total payment is due July 1. After July 1, the $200 discount is pro-rated.

50/50 Plan – Fifty percent of the total tuition is due by July 1.

Monthly Plan – To take advantage of the monthly plan click the E Cashier icon above. In this plan tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. Monthly payments are made by automatic bank draft from July through April (There is no payment in May or June). The first payment on the 10-period pay plan will be due in advance by July 15th or 20th, or the student’s place will be forfeited. There is a $41 non-refundable, one time fee per family for this plan. The tuition payment is non-refundable and nontransferable, under any circumstances.

V.      Extended School Day Program
Extended care is $45 per week for either morning or afternoon care and $55 per week for both morning and afternoon care with breakfast and an afternoon snack provided.

Extended after care is available for students from 6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A late fee is charged after 6:00 p.m.

VI.      School Begins
Orientation Day for Kindergarten through grade 10 will be scheduled the week before the first day of school. The first day of school is Monday, August 11, 2008. Regular school hours are from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT THE ORIENTATION MEETING. AT LEAST ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND. Check for specific times on our web site.
